LSM-U, Local Store Marketing University, will be offered as an educational session at the Southwest Foodservice Expo Sunday, June 24 and again Monday, June 25. LSM-U, developed by Duke Marketing, LLC, is an educational program devised to enhance restaurant marketer’s ability to understand, create and implement local store marketing strategies to increase sales.
